Instructions
- Mix together the turmeric, garlic granules, dried oregano, nutritional yeast, and black salt.
- Add the spice blend into a crumbled block of extra firm tofu and fry in a small amount of oil in a hot pan.
- Add in arugula and tomatoes to top. Or be creative and add in any toppings you’d like!
