Blueberry Rooibos Antioxidant Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1.5Cups Filtered Water+ 1 cup Ice
  • 1/2Cup Blueberriesfresh or frozen
  • 1Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1Tbsp Protein Powder(we use Complement Protein, see notes)
  • 1Tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1Tbsp Hemp Oilor EFA OIl
  • 2Tsp Ground Rooibos
