Raw Almond Flaxseed Burger
Ingredients
  • 2Cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 1Cup Raw Almonds(Brendan recommends soaking almonds to improve their nutrition)
  • 1/2Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 2Tbsp Balsamic Vinegarone of few alkalizing types of vinegar
  • 2Tbsp Coconut Oilor Hemp Oil, or EFA Oil Blend
  • Sea Saltto taste
Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
  2. Form into two patties (each very filling).
