Tofu Scramble
This tofu scramble is pretty, savory, and really tastes like scrambled eggs. It is also packed with protein and is the perfect breakfast. If you can’t find black salt, you can use any other salt. This will really expand your breakfast options! It is lovely to have a savory breakfast sometimes, and this one will give you energy all morning. It’s also a great transition food.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Granules
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Salt (which is pink!)
  • 1 Block Extra Firm Tofu

  • Arugula
  • Tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Mix together the turmeric, garlic granules, dried oregano, nutritional yeast, and black salt.
  2. Add the spice blend into a crumbled block of extra firm tofu and fry in a small amount of oil in a hot pan.
  3. Add in arugula and tomatoes to top. Or be creative and add in any toppings you’d like!
