Ginger Pear Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Pear cored
  • 1.5 Cups Filtered Water + 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Complement Protein or any other protein powder (optional)
