Blueberry Rooibos Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1.5 Cups Filtered Water + 1 cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Protein Powder (we use Complement Protein, see notes)
  • 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Oil or EFA OIl
  • 2 Tsp Ground Rooibos
